I’m sure I’m not the only one surprised by this amazing new gadget released at MWC by Nokia called the Nokia 808 PureView. The main feature onboard the Nokia 808 PureView is the humungous 41 megapixel sensor with Carl Zeiss high performance optics which when combined with Nokia’s oversampling technology, allows users to take extraordinary detailed photos, even in lowlight conditions. The Nokia 808 PureView has set a new standard in smartphone imaging technology, to say the very least.

Only a few days ago, Apple provided more details of its upcoming updated to its ever-increasingly-popular MAC operating system : OS X Mountain Lion. As a whole, it’s magical to watch Apple showcase harmony between its smartphone, tablet and desktop / laptop interfaces. For me, I’m most excited about seeing iMessage come to the desktop – we’ll soon be able to send messages, photos and even HD videos for FREE to anyone who has an iPad or iPhone. Already anticipating wild and wonderful meeting interruptions from iMessages from my daughters!

A few days ago, we posted a blog post dedicated to the new Motorola Droid 4. The biggest selling point about this Android smartphone is its built in slide-out keyboard. To further give you insights into the latest Moto Droid, check out the video below by our friends at @pocketnow. This Motorola Droid 4 video focuses mostly on unboxing the devices and showing what you get with it. I found it useful to learn that the Motorola Droid 4 actually has “non-removable” battery (at least Motorola encourages not t0).
