Microsoft Sidewinder Gaming Mouse : Fast, comfortable, precise

Looks like Microsoft Mouse labs are heating up with some hot gaming gadgets! The Microsoft Sidewinder Mouse looks like a serious attempt by Microsoft to get some gamer dollars and they've done a decent job.

Like the serious Logitech gaming mice, the Sidewinder also features adjustable mouse weights so you can add and remove so that it feels just right. The extra wide scroll wheel also looks like it could come in handy particularly in zooming in and out (dependent on what game). Apparently it's also the first mouse with and LCD display that shows DPI settings - never really paid much attention to this in the past but I guess with trigger / feather-touch games it's an important factor?

Logitech G5 Mouse Review : Revised G5 is back better than ever!

All the pro gamers out there know that there are only 3 or 4 major PC mouse brands that really count in the gaming world. My faves are Microsoft, Razer and Logitech. Logitech's G5 in particular has won many awards for it's quality design. It's just been revised and PC Authority think it's ace too:

The sensation of using this mouse is unrivalled, but if you plan on using it for general desktop use exclusively, be aware that the MX revolution will be more comfortable thanks to its higher arch.
