Taiwan-based company, VIA Technologies, Inc, has unveiled the VIA OpenBook mini-note reference design, a new player in the booming mini-note market. The sub-notebook has an 8.9-inch screen and uses the new VIA Ultra Mobile Platform and VIA VX800 digital media IGP chipset.
