I first heard about the Noahpad UMPC sometime late last year. While I’ve compared it to the original 7-inch Asus Eee PC before, what caught my interest is the Noahpad’s unusual form. The Noahpad could be folded on itself, like an honest-to-goodness notebook (and I’m not talking about computers here).

Just like the Lenovo X200, the new Voodoo Envy 133 by Voodoo and HP takes the MacBook Air head on. It might look just a lil bit chunky, but the carbon fiber case is actually just 0.7 inch thick. The Air just looks thinner because of its tapering design.

So the ASUS Eee PC 900 has been spotted at what looks like an End-of-April ASUS pot luck dinner.
This black ASUS Eee PC 900 is more evidence that one of 2008′s most anticipated ultra-portables is not too far away at all! According to ASUS Australia, it is scheduled for official release here at the start of Q2 which I thought was April 1st? Maybe he meant early May.
