I’m not sure why there hasn’t been fanfare around its launch, but it looks like Samsung really did come out with a second 8-megapixel camera phone after INNOV8. Named the Samsung M8800 Pixon, this 8-MP camera phone was spotted across the pond in Russia.

The Samsung M75500 is more aptly called “Night Effect” for its ability to glow different colors that look great in the darkness. The M75500 is the first Samsung phone to carry the Emporio Armani branding so I don’t reckon its price will be anywhere near those affordable mobile phones.

Mobile phones tend to be all-one-gadgets these days what with 3G internet connection, audio and video players, and cameras to rival stand-alone digital cameras.
