If you remember, the Jabra BT530 Bluetooth headset launched this August and was initially available in the United States. The headset with Noise Blackout technology is now available in Australia and, as Jabra would like to stress, “just in time for the Melbourne racing carnival”.

Jabra is, of course, stressing the fetes to happen during the racing carnival because the Jabra BT530 Bluetooth headset promises superior noise canceling functionality. The company even boasted that the device can eliminate ambient noise “while men and women make thousands of calls from the betting ring.” As was mentioned before, the Noise Blackout technology does not only cancel noise, but also enhances the caller’s voice. The device comes with a USB receiver so it can be paired not only with a Bluetooth mobile phone but also a laptop or desktop computer. Jabra BT530 Bluetooth headset with USB receiver is now available in Australia and New Zealand for $218.90.
