Seems like the Dutch have signaled an upcoming price drop for the iPod Touch. According to an advertisement on Dutch iTunes the price could come down as much as AU$137!
Bad news for people who’ve recently purchase one (JM) but happy-joy-joy news for those who still haven’t committed yet.

Last year I bought a $100 guitar from Allens Music Store here in Melbourne after being inspired by indie artists on YouTube. Had I known that I could have got myself a shiny new iTouch / iPhone for only $300-$500 more to do the same thing I would have waited! 
Seriously, it is now possible to learn to play the guitar on Apple iPhone / iPod Touch. Watch out for high-tech buskers in the days to come.
