I’m sorry if I offended Microsoft fanboys out there but ever since my negative experiences with Windows in past years and the many hours I’ve wasted trying to make websites compatible with IE6, I have referred to Microsoft as the “Darkside”. Even though it’s been launched at time of stiff competition, e.g. iPhone 4, we believe that it will still do well in the Australian market. Its diminutive size, stylish design and the fact that it’s running Android 2.1 are factors that will appeal to many.
One way that we can tell how well a mobile device is going in the Australian market is by accessory sales. We can tell you now that HTC Legend Accessories are slowly starting to take off and catching up to HTC HD2 accessory sales. Not sure if it’ll beat the booming HTC Desire accessories but you never know!
