Huawei has unveiled its newest gadget for mobile broadband technology—the Huawei E180 USB Stick. The device is able to connect to a range of network technologies including HSPA/UMTS and GSM/GPRS/EDGE. It’s a USB stick with a swiveling form factor claiming to hold the title of the thinnest HSPA USB stick at just 10mm thick.
The nondescript PNY Attaché USB flash drive gets a tepid review from Laptop Mag. The device features a simple black and blue body which, except for the logo, doesn’t do much for it, really. However, the hard plastic proved to be more durable than other plastic USBs, comparable to even an aluminum chassis.
Presented at Computex 2008 in Taiwan is OCZ’s new USB 2.0 flash drive, Diesel. The diminutive flash drive with a compact design employs the use of aluminum chassis for protection. Since OCZ prides itself in manufacturing products geared towards portability, the Diesel offers an option at its base to be attached to either a lanyard or a keyring.

Let’s take a break from all the WWDC news and go back to Computex 2008 where Power Quotient International Co. showcased its PQI Intelligent Drive i818. The drive uses USB 2.0-compatible PQI patented Intelligent Stick interface which gives the device its 2.5mm thickness.
