Most of the Mr.Gadget Staff conference calls that I participate in are usually from headquarters to my mobile phone. Sound quality is great with no noticeable delay when using the SkypeOut service to make a call. The phone is programmable to ask which method you would like to use to make the outbound call, either Skype or your Landline, or you can make either method the default for every call.
