Google has just announced the sweet delicious details of it’s latest version of its mobile operating system, Android 2.2 codenamed “Froyo”.

Archos has just released its latest PMP in Europe and they’ve called it the Archos 2 Vision PMP.

While its diminutive size, slick looks and features may appeal to many, the battery life may not be as welcome – 10 hours audio and 4 hours video.

Other than that the interface looks simple enough to use and will be a decent competitor in the PMP market.

Some Features on the Archos 2 Vision PMP:

• Screen size 2-inches
• 220 x 176 resolution display
• Tactile slider for menu navigation and volume control
• Credit card size
• FM Tuner and recorder
• Micro SD memory card slot
• Internal memory
• Support for MP3  / WMA audio and AVI video

Designed especially for the Chinese market, the new Nokia 6208c comes with a stylus for input of Chinese characters in the most natural way. The stylus was fashioned in the form of the bamboo slips that were used in the days of old.

I can see how this type of design will result in more comfortable writing compared to toothpick-like styluses packaged with some PDAs. On the other hand, it’d be interesting to see how much replacement stylii cost as we all know how easy they are to lose!

The Nokia 6208c smartphone has the following features:

• dual LED flash
• 4x digital zoom
• customisable fonts
• microSD memory card slot
• stylus

Nokia advise that the Nokia 6208c will be available in selected markets in the first half of 2009.

Truth of the matter is, the Buffalo Micro USB Thumb Key won’t get lost in just your pocket, but most probably anywhere you put it in. It’s extremely minute that juxtaposed against Buffalo’s microSDHC card, it appears to be not much larger.

Yes, yes, I know, this used to be just a geek’s pipe dream. I mean come on, just recently, SanDisk introduced 16GB memory cards for mobile phones and made a lot of people weep (out of joy). But yes, according to sources, SanDisk really is slated to introduce a 128GB microSD Card within three years.
