For those who didn’t feel safe updating their HTC TyTN II using an unofficial copy of the 6.1 performance update, you can now enjoy the features of Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 with the official release by HTC. The platform update lets you enjoy new features on the HTC handset.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the HTC TyTN II 6.1 performance update isn’t officially out yet. For some reason though, Modaco seems to already have it. Bearing the lengthy filename “RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_3.28.405.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_Ship.exe,” it’s due to be legally available in the next few days.
