After having my iPad for a couple of days, I realised how some of the drawing tasks could be completed much more efficiently and accurately using a stylus. Within a couple of hours, I was exchanging emails with our overseas partners who quickly sent over specifications and images of what they could offer. We spotted the style that we wanted and voila (see above) – presenting the Mr.Gadget iPad Stylus.
Features of the Mr.Gadget iPad Stylus
- Comes in Silver or Black
- Quality build with metal construction
- Works on all capacitive touch screens
- Looks like a regular pen
- Pen-clip so you can fasten on your shirt pocket
- Styling complements the Apple iPad
It’s my first time using a stylus on any type of capacitive touch screen and I was impressed by the responsiveness and performance. The iPad responded to the Mr.Gadget iPad Stylus perfectly and I soon rediscovered a bit of my childhood love for drawing – I attempted to draw some of my favourite masterpieces.
First of all, please don’t laugh at my Mona Lisa. Even though she has half a moustache and a super-giant-sized hand (I deliberately cropped half of it out because I was that embarrassed) I think people would get the gist of what the artwork I’m attempting to replicate.
Also, FYI I’m not left handed – it’s just my Canon 5D M2 is made for right handers
There you have it, our Mr.Gadget iPad Stylus in action.
