Sandisk To Make Announcement On “Something Big” Tomorrow

Quick! If you haven’t been to the Sandisk website in a while, surf on down there.

You’ll be abruptly confronted by a message blaring “MEMORY FULL” then an unfamiliar Sandisk mascot next to a huge message saying “Something BIG is coming” on the 23rd March 2010. If you’re too lazy on this Monday morning you can simply view the image above.

I wonder what it’ll be…

I’m assuming it’s another memory device given the “MEMORY FULL” message and that it will have a form factor of a 2.5″ portable hard drive and possibly come in silver given the look of the mascot.

Perhaps a larger capacity, extra portable, USB SSD drive?

Could it be the release of 128GB memory cards already?

Let’s wait another 24 hours or so and see.
