To celebrate our first shipment of Mr.Gadget iPad Docks that have arrived in our warehouse, we’d like to give away THREE to our loyal readers and customers!

Mr.Gadget iPad Dock is Super Stable

As mentioned in a previous iPad Dock post, there are a couple of factors that make our cradle better than Apple’s current offering. The most obvious point is that our Mr.Gadget iPad Dock is much wider than Apple’s. As you can see from the photo below, it is double the width of Apple’s iPad dock which means it is much harder to topple. Costing at least AU$600+ for the base 16GB WiFi model, I’m sure many iPad owners will welcome this increased stability. Particularly handy if you have kids, pets or are a bit of a clutz like me!

Mr.Gadget iPad Dock Comes With Inbuilt USB Cable

Another major plus of our Mr.Gadget iPad Dock is that it actually comes with an inbuilt USB cable. Yes that’s right, the Apple iPad Dock does NOT come packaged with one. So with ours, you’ll never have the situation where you have a dock that you can’t use because you forgot the cable! Even with the USB cable, the Mr.Gadget iPad Dock actually weighs in a little bit lighter than the Apple dock!

If you have an iPhone, the Mr.Gadget iPad Dock also charges and syncs it too! Can’t do this on the Apple iPad dock.

Mr.Gadget iPad Dock Has Blue Power LED…Ooooh

Last of all, the Mr.Gadget iPad Dock comes with a funky blue LED light that indicates that the dock is powered and ready to charge and sync your iPad. Tip: if the room is dark enough, you can even practise your finger puppetry on the ceiling using the LED…or not… :)

I like both the in-built USB cable & stable stand. With the stand, I can use the iPad quite comfortably without any worry of it toppling over whilst charging it via USB cable. This will mean less interruption and a smoother browsing experience for me.

Hey Mr Gadget. This is AWESOME! I love that you have a Mr Gadget iPod dock! And yes, I need one all of my very own as charging mine from a cble hanging over the back of the sofa, while it dangles like a Christmas light is probably not the best option! That, and the built in cable. i think I must have furnished half the hotels in Australia with USB cables I’ve left behind and I’m sick of always forgetting them and havingto buy new ones!

A Black docking station …YEAH – Apple finally have it right.
Black – can be taken seriously, but also conventional, be mysterious, sexy, and sophisticated. … ipad can be proudly charged in public, not hidden away to the naked eye because the station colour doesn’t match the gadget.
…… yes I have a hang up on colour mix matching – I like my gagdets to match!!!!
