Especially in modern cities like Hong Kong and Shenzhen, Beijing and so on. a lot of Chinese people know English on pretty good level. But, if you want to travel into country part of China and will try to make a business/tourist deal with them – sure you’ll need such a tool in your BlackBerry, cause they don’t know English really well.
