Star Trek (2009) Trailer – Yes, I will be watching this

I’ve been coerced into watching this year’s Star Trek movie tomorrow night, even though I am more of a Star Wars fan. However, having said this, the last Star Trek film, Nemesis, wasn’t as scientifically-tacky as I thought it would be and had some decent bouts of action. [Queue in the Star Trek fanboy hatecomments]

To help me prepare for what’s ahead, I thought I’d do a be of research on Youtube – actually looks interesting…will keep you posted.

I’ve not been so excited about an upcoming movie in a long while.

I’m not at all a Star Trek fan.
But I have to say I want to see this, I am a fan of both Simon Pegg and Zachary Quinto (Sylar from Heroes!)

Saw the film last night and I can say that I enjoyed it thoroughly. I learned more about Star Trek in this movie than I did in Nemesis.

If you’re following me on Twitter (@mr_gadget) you would have seen that I gave it 8.5/10.

I’m sure that Star Trek fans would appreciate it even more than I did.
