In addition to teasing us with their high end Black Label Series 4 new Chocolate phone, LG today has pre-announced another, low end, messaging handset – LG GW300.
Fortunately, this time LG does not bother with teasers, and gives us most of the relevant details of the new handset straight.
Here are the LG GW300 Features:
- low end messaging feature phone with built in Facebook and email clients
- it is a mid-range messaging device plus a full QWERTY keypad
- equipped 2.4 inch 240×320 QVGA display, large enough for legible viewing
- stereo capable
- Bluetooth
- USB 2.0
- weights 95 grams which make it quite pocketable
- supports only on 2.5G GSM, GPRS/EDGE networks
- does have a camera, the resolution of which is however unknown. It could be either a 2-megapixel or even a 3.2 megapixel unit from what we can decipher from the images.
Availability of the device is unknown. So are the pricing details, but it’s obvious that LG GW300 will be on the really cheap side of things.
And that’s about all there’s to say about the LG GW300 at the moment. As soon as we hear something new, we’ll certainly write about it. Stay tuned.
