I’m Off To Singapore La!

I can’t believe it’s already time to fly off to Singapore to attend the Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards then participate in the Uniquely Singapore experience on the Saturday. I’ll post up the itinerary later on. It’s crazy-busy! We’re hoping to clinch the Best Geek Blog Award.

Just checked did a search in Google for “Singapore Weather” and it tells me that it’s currently 32 degrees celsius / 90 degrees Fahrenheit! A nice little upgrade from the cool spring days we’ve been having here in Melbourne. Someone remind me to acquire some sunscreen lotion…

So a team of Aussie bloggers will be flying out tonight via Emirates and we’ll hit Singaporean shores mid-morning tomorrow. First thing I want to do is go for a jog to help my body adjust to the new timezone and to also get a glimpse of some of my local surroundings. I’ve got my trusty iPhone 3GS and Canon 5D Mark II to keep you visually posted on the cool things we’ll be doing. I’m going to see if I can pick up a decently priced Flip Mino HD there too.
