HTC Touch Pro2 – HTC continues to churn out gems

As promised here’s a post dedicated to the new HTC Touch Pro2. Like the HTC Diamond2, the HTC Touch Pro2 is another example of HTC paying close attention to feedback provided by their users.

The result? Categorically one of the best mobile phone / PDAs for 2009.

Major improvements of the HTC Touch Pro2 over the previous version are:

  • larger display (2.8 to 3.6inch)
  • increased battery capacity also meaning it’s slightly heavier
  • keys on keyboard are larger
  • Bluetooth A2DP bluetooth stereo
  • new version of TouchFLO 3D

Mr Gadget… will now give you the touch pro is something to consider. the key board looks great but wondering are these company people blind? saying how much more responsive the pro2 is … the pro1 must of been a dog.as the pause between push & apprearing on pro2 screen was quite noticeable, not to mention his two or more goes at getting a tab to launch an app. but that keyboard and 3.6 screen is worth considering as with most htc efforts there are quite a few on xda etc fixing lag issues quite quickly (as long as you do not mind a custom rom)

Coming out on Telstra exclusive for only one month (thankfully) lauched at 50% ROI so expect a $1499 price point… working model in melb organiser world CBD and have relented so about to order OS model with Aust warranty support for $849 delivered… like the Samsung Omnia Pro but time to update now :)
