I've been messing with programming Win Mobile 6.5 and it's clear MS has got a little way to go yet - this is not an iPhone killer. That said, I do like the addition of gestures and the mobile web browsing is superior (IMHO) to anything I've seen on the market. Also, mobile widgets are going to be HUGE! These bridge the gap between web services and our phone in a very easy to develop and deploy way. Plus they will run on both Win Mobile and Nokia phones. I expect to be downloading a lot of widgets in the near future. :-)

I tried Windows Mobile 6.5 on my HTC Touch Cruise but CoPilot 7 didn't work so I went back to custom Windows Mobile 6.1 firmwares.

Interface was nice though but flicking through all the menus to get to the options I wanted wasn't as easy as TouchFlo in my opinion.

Can't wait for HTC to release some TouchFlo updates which resemble more of their Google Android interface on the HTC Hero.
