The Apple fans might not care, but I do. The Vista-hating, XP-loving PC users would be thrilled to hear that the Windows 7 operating system might be arriving sooner than the “early 2010″ date we’ve all been given. Sure, you can chalk it up to pure rumor, but there’s still a chance, no matter how small, that it could be true.
The exact date, according to the company’s internal calendar, is June 3, 2009, making it less than a year from now. Additionally, Microsoft might be using the Professional Developer’s Conference in October 27 to launch the first beta of Windows 7 for developers. Seems like Microsoft is going full throttle and leaving Vista behind and although I hold no grudge against the OS, I don’t blame the company one bit if they really mean to release Windows 7 a year earlier.
