hi! im going to hongkong this december and im planning to buy a new mininotebook.. where can i buy a cheaper deal of a dell or msi notebook? or any recommendable cheap notebooks in hongkong? would it be cheaper to buy there or in the philippines? thank you very much!!!

You are absolutely correct. HK is best for buying gadget stuff.
I am complete gizmo freak and I have been to every [lace in HK which offers electronics. Golden Computer Centre, Mongkok Computer Centre, Wanchai Comp Centre, + Fortress and dozens of shops it offers.

You can also try Wan Chai Computer Centre in Lockhart Road in Wan Chai. 4-5 floors of gadgets, SW, and PCs.
