Always on the go? Vodafone Australia announced that it is launching a USB stick mobile broadband connection. It’s something I’d want to get my hands on, just so I can bring you gadget goodness while frolicking in the beach. Vodafone has actually done well to challenge Three which released a similar product a few months ago.
According to source, if you’re a voice customer on a two-year $39.95 contract with Vodafone, you get the USB stick completely free. The plan comes with 5GB of data usage. However, if you don’t need that much, you can get 1GB of data usage for a monthly fee of $19.95 plus $5 per month for the USB stick. If you’re not Vodafone’s voice customer though, you can still get the USB stick for $49.95 for the 5GB data plan and $29.95 for the 1GB plan. Not bad, eh?
