WWDC is almost upon us and all these rumors would either be proven or debunked. Just a few more days and we’ll know if these two touchscreen sensors are actually intended for the 3G Apple iPhone. Interpreting the image at face value would suggest that the 3G iPhone would come in two sizes. But would it really?
These rumored 3G iPhone screens at 2.8-inches and 3.2-inches are both smaller than the current iPhone screen size of 3.5-inches. According to source, the screens have specs that make them even superior to the current iPhone screen what with their resistance to aging that ensures the sensitivity of the touchscreen doesn’t get affected over time, as well as their being durable and waterproof. But, these could just as well be screens not for the iPhone but for one of the iPhone clones. I wouldn’t mind a cuter, smaller 3G iPhone though—would you get one if that happens to be the case?
