This has got to be daftier than the daftiest thing the British have called daft.
A British Airways passenger was asked to change his Transformers t-shirt because it showed a robot brandishing what may be classified as one big-ass gun and believed it could possibly threaten safety on the plan…Huh?
Take a look at the t-shirt below and tell me if it looks dangerous enough to pose a threat on a flight out of London. I don’t know about you guys, but even before I read the full story I already decided that it was a cool t-shirt and I wanted one. At no point, in my initial inspection did I see how this shirt would cause panic at Heathrow. As far as I know, technology has not been invented yet that transforms t-shirt images into real life objects. Correct me if I’m wrong.

For one thing, it’s Optimus Prime; the kind and fearless leader of the Autobots - helloooo…he was a good guy. If anything, the guy wearing this t-shirt most likely held the same values that the Autobots fought for; peace, justice and protection of the human race! Perhaps if he wore a Decepticon t-shirt featuring Megatron, Galvatron or Starscream that would have been more of a concern…wait a minute…no that’s just wrong.
This fiasco has marked a sad day for Transformer fans all around the world.
