The kickass scorching red Toshiba Qosmio X300 is now available in Australia. The flaming machine is a high-end offering for gamers who care for both looks and functionality. Toshiba claims that the Qosmio X300 is the fastest and most powerful notebook to date.
The Toshiba Qosmio X300’s tribal flame-red casing and glossy black keyboard serves as the vessel for a 17 inch 1680×1050 High Definition widescreen display, 4GB DDR3 1066Mhz RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a 200GB (7200rpm) and a 320GB (5400rpm) hard drives, NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTX graphics with 1GB on board, and five Harman/Kardon speakers. If you’re using external storage, there’s the eSATA USB hybrid port for high-speed transfers as well as three Sleep-and-Charge USB 2.0 ports that you can use to charge your gadgets even when the notebook is not in use. All those, however, come with a hefty AU$3,999 price tag.
