My vote goes to MacGyver. It is so cool what he makes virtually out of nothing. I know it is TV but, hey. Oh, he is also cool because he uses a Swiss Army knife…just like mine. Christy

The coolest guy here is definitely MacGyver – bond is another guy that really deserves to be there but the credit should go to the scientist that always makes the gadgets, at least MacGyver always created things himself (and practically from nothing!)
