The camera-centric Sony Ericsson C905 Cybershot camera phone finally landed in Australian shores. The predicted Oz release was sometime around fourth quarter 2008, so it arrived just on time and near the Holiday season too.
The Sony Ericsson C905 handset will be sold in the country to the tune of AU$1,149 per. While I’ve seen cheaper stand-alone digital cameras of the same megapixel spec around that’s great for those who only dabble in photography, at least this one can make calls as well. It also offers a-GPS for geotagging, DLNA compatibility, face detection, and even WiFi so you can publish photos directly on blogger. Not bad for those wanting to buy a phone and a camera recently.
