Scosche passPORT a Possible Solution for Old Car iPod System

One of the problems that come with the new Apple models—iPhone 3G, iPod Touch 2G, and iPod Nano 4G—is that old ports, docking stations, and car integration systems don’t work with them anymore. Scosche has a product that addresses at least the last of the three I mentioned.

Called the passPORT, it’s an iPod/iPhone car integration system that has a female connector that can be used with any car integration system that can’t be used with the new models. The passPORT can be used for in-car charging of ALL iPhone and iPod models including the newest ones. In the future, Scosche will also be releasing something like the passPORT for old docks and speakers so you won’t have to sell them on eBay just yet.
