And yet more memory cards come out of the SanDisk headquarters. One of them is the SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash memory card with 16GB storage capacity that’s twice that of the last Extreme IV CF card that came out.
Aside from the improved storage capacity, this new card improved Extreme IV’s speed by 12.5% so users now enjoy 45 megabytes per second transfer speeds. For photographers, this will make it easier to do burst shots on a regular basis. The SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash memory card with 16GB capacity is priced at $399.99. Another card that’s recently announced is the SanDisk Extreme III CompactFlash memory card. With 32GB storage capacity, SanDisk seems to be pushing it towards the market for people with DSLR cameras that feature full HD video capture.
