The bar-type Samsung U800 Soul made quite a balanced impression on the reviewer over at Mobile-Review. It seems while there is no huge shortcoming on Samsung’s part, it wasn’t anything stellar or groundbreaking enough to become a mover in the industry either.
The Samsung U800 Soul gives the notion of a classy, sophisticated phone with its metallic look. One of its faults that Mobile-review could find is the tendency of the screen to wear out. In fact, shadows appear around deep scratches on the plastic display surface. However, if you’re looking for a music-centric phone and the Sony Ericsson Walkman series doesn’t suit your taste, this phone might do it for you. Aside from that, call quality also seems to be one of its better points.
