Catering to tweens in entertainment and a few other areas is proving to be quite lucrative. I haven’t seen a lot of phones and other devices meant for that age bracket though, but add this to that short list. The Samsung Tobi S3030 phones are colorful slider handsets from the South Korean manufacturer.
The phone’s supposedly made of non-toxic and eco-friendly materials and comes in the much too candy-like colors of Sweet Pink, Bright Orange, Loyal Blue, Oasis Blue, Apple Green and Snow Silver. The back cover is exchangeable and comes with a transparent sleeve where users can slip in a picture of their choice. Specs are quite basic, but that’s to be expected, taking into account the device’s target market. Among the more detailed specs, the Samsung Tobi S3030 has a 1.9-inch display, 1.3 megapixel camera, and music player.
