Korean company, Samsung is reportedly prepping a new smartphone which can rival the new Sony Ericsson C905. The Samsung i8510 smartphone runs Symbian S60 and is apparently the first smartphone to rock an 8 megapixel camera (Sony Ericsson C905 is an 8 megapixel camera phone).
The Samsung i8510 smartphone has a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, comes with a metal casing, and has a 16GB internal memory. The 8MP camera has Xenon flash and autofocus to go with it. Its connectivity specs are quite impressive as well with HSDPA and WiFi, not to mention GPS, DivX support, and TV out jack. The smartphone would reportedly even be sporting a dedicated 3D graphics chip. There are no information regarding the unveiling date for now, but we’re eagerly awaiting it.
