This is a Remote Controlled Mini Hovercraft that brings watersports right into your bathtub (or pond, or you know, aquarium).
This isn’t a replica or a useless floating plastic toy; this is an RC toy that could be used for actual racing on water with its true-hover action. Just like real hovercrafts, this one’s has durable rubber air-bag for a bottom that could glide across surfaces. As a toy lover, I approve.
