Image LinkThis month’s contest will require you to get a photo of you using your gadget! Now, first things first, technology gadgets only. For example, bluetooth headset, computer, notebook, PDA etc…basically the types of gadgets that you would find on Mr.Gadget Australia.

The prize? One brand new very red and fast Sandisk Extreme Ducati Edition 4GB USB Flash Drive!

To enter the Gadget Photo Contest:

1. Take a picture of you and your technology gadget
2. Create a Flickr account and join the Mr.Gadget : Favourite Gadget At Work Group
3. Next go back to your account and upload your photo
4. Once uploaded, select the “send it group” option above the photo
5. Choose to send photo to Mr.Gadget : Favourite Gadget At Work Group you joined earlier
6. Post a comment on this post, telling us a bit about your photo on Flickr. Make sure you include your email so we can contact if you win.

Competition details:
- Ends end of April 2008
- Winner notified 1st May 2008
- Extra points will be given for originality and creativity
- You can only enter once, so make it count

I definitely did it as per the instructions. Just had a look and it’s there but not on the front page.

If you go to the Gadget group and at the top it says ‘Favourite Gadget at work’. Underneath that, it has a menu:

Discussion Group Map xx members etc.

Click on xx members (currently xx=3), and it lists all members photos. There’s Admins, kerivit and myself, Kanewriter. Clicking on Kanewriter picks up the picture of me.

Haha Damien, thanks I got it. Now need to figure out how to get everyone’s together in the same place…

When you click on your photo, does the “Send to Group” logo appear above it? Try pressing this…

heheh – shows how much I use flickr! Misinterpreted instructions. Sorry about that. My picture should now appear in 24-bit stupidity. Now to find someone who wants my old headphones …!!!
