Yeah, this one’s just a rumor for now and we have no way of knowing if it’s even close to the truth. Apparently, according to JAMP Blog, the highly-anticipated Nokia Tube is going to be launched soon—as in next month soon.
A couple of rumors have reached JAMP Blog’s ears, one of which is about the Nokia N96 handsets in the UK that will reportedly come preinstalled with BBC’s iPlayer (this rumor has now been confirmed). The other is about the Nokia Tube to be released, still in the UK, on October 8, 2008! It will allegedly run on S60 5th Edition. I find this a little hard to believe because of two things: first is that the Nokia N96 has only been recently available for purchase; and second, I find it unlikely that something like the Nokia Tube would be released just like that without much bells and whistles. I guess we’ll find out within the next few days, but for now, what do YOU think?
