Nokia N96
Of course we’ve all known about the Nokia N96 for a long, long, long while now ever since the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. In fact, we even had an iPhone vs. Nokia N96 showdown here in Mr. Gadget sometime ago. Now, however, the Nokia N96 is officially, err, official—in North America at least.
According to a recent Nokia press release, the Nokia N96 will be made available to America’s 3G HSDPA networks. The Nokia N96 will be available in North America starting fourth quarter of 2008; I only hope it’ll be available everywhere else at the same time as well. To reiterate the next-gen N-series phone’s specifications, it has a 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 3G and WiFi connectivity, a-GPS capability, N-Gage compatibility, Bluetooth A2DP functionality, and a whopping 16GB internal memory supplemented by an expandable card slot.
