Last June 16, Nokia’s smartphone, the Nokia E71 was officially released alongside the Nokia E66. Prior to that though, the people at Mobile-Review got their hands on a unit for a bit of a pre-release review. In a nutshell, the Nokia E71 is sort of an overhauled E61.
It’s basically the same phone as the E61 save some key changes including smaller keys, although they’re still big enough to deliver the same tactile experience. It has a widescreen QVGA display to make emailing a lot easier, and a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus which could snap pics high-res enough for presentations, at least. It’s also the first business phone in the E-series that features Mode functionality which could be used to create individual setups for each task you’re doing on the phone, and allows you to jump among modes in a single step.
