If the Nokia E65 is human, it should start going to therapy right now because its parent company has recently presented a newer, sleeker, and sexier version of it in the form of the Nokia E66. The E66 is one of Nokia’s newest business phones along with the E71.
CNET compared the Nokia E66 to RoboCop in that it’s a dressed-up, overhauled version of the old Nokia E65. It might be a business phone, but it doesn’t have a full QWERTY keyboard, which means it works for anyone who might fancy it. In spite of its revamped appearance, it still does look like the old E65, although it’s stretched just a little to house the 2.4 inch colored screen. The slider phones shares a few traits with the arguably better performing and faster E71 including the same 128MB RAM and 369MHz ARM processor, WiFi, 3.5G network connection, a-GPS, and 3.2 megapixel camera. The E71, however, boasts a better battery life than the E66, while the Nokia E66 features an orientation sensor that changes the display from portrait to landscape and vice versa regardless of the application running.
