Nokia announced today what it says is its smallest headset to date – the Nokia BH-804 Bluetooth Headset. It’s a minute device with an aluminum outer casing that measures only 42 x 13.6 x 6 mm. Its size, however, doesn’t mean quality took a backburner among the list of priorities.
The Nokia BH-804 Bluetooth Headset has all the trappings of other new similar devices in the market including background noise cancelation and digital signal processing (DSP) to minimize ambient noise. The device itself has two buttons, one of which could be used to answer and end calls and to switch the device on or off, while the other turns volume up or down. The Nokia BH-804 Bluetooth Headset comes complete with a desktop charger of its own and a neck strap. It will be available only in select markets across the globe by the fourth quarter of 2008.
