It’s December and once again, after the rush of the Holiday season subsides, it’s time to look forward to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas for us gadget fans. Among the positively numerous new unveiled devices and upgraded old ones are the new variants of the MSI Wind netbook.
Laptop Magazine has had the pleasure of interviewing MSI’s Director of US Sales, Andy Tung. The company rep revealed that quite a few new MSI Wind variations will be on display, one of which is a touch screen panel-equipped Wind. The version with the 3G and WiMax connection will also be shown, along with the one based on the Intel Atom Z530 processor and SSD storage option. Another 13.3-inch MSI laptop that’s not officially part of the Wind family but is very thin and light (definitely direct competitor to the MacBook Air) will also be showcased.
