Mobile phones tend to be all-one-gadgets these days what with 3G internet connection, audio and video players, and cameras to rival stand-alone digital cameras. The Philips M200 comes off as a bit of a surprise because while it purports to be (and looks just like) a media phone, it lacks that little camera all shutterbugs can’t get enough of.
The Philips M200 is a candybar music phone with a dedicated media key to access all of your audio files. It boasts a 3D-sound system and aside from its built-in MP3 player, has FM radio functionality as well. It has a small 1.8-inch color screen, 3MB internal memory, and a microSD card slot. Provided its lack of a camera and its quite basic features, I expect the Philips M200 music phone to be on the low-end side of things, and perhaps would target developing economies.
