So you want an iPhone 3G but don’t have the money to get one on July 11. You wallow on your sadness with your old BlackBerry, thinking of how you could make it look better at least. Guess what—PocketMac says you can now “Mac-ify” your BlackBerry.
Sure, it’s still no iPhone, and I don’t really understand the desire to see the Mac user interface on the BlackBerry, but whatever floats your boat, right? Supporting 34 BlackBerry models, each MacTheme priced at US$9.95 gives you a set of Mac-ish icons on an aqua blue background which, according to AppleTell, makes your smartphone look like “a cheap version of an iPhone.” You can browse the list of MacThemes and BlackBerry models supported in PocketMac, although if you’re really so keen on getting one, you can even specifically request a theme if your model isn’t listed.
