CNET posted a review of the Logitech Pure-Fi Mobile Bluetooth wireless speaker and while it has its bad points, it was ultimately found to be quite good. The speaker’s emphasis is in it connectivity options rather than the audio itself.
The Logitech Pure-Fi Mobile wireless speaker can be used with any audio source using its available connectivity options: A2DP Bluetooth, 3.5 mm jack for Bluetooth-less media players, and USB for laptops and computers; it, however, lacks a built-in iPod dock. The portable speaker delivers “passable to good” audio and nothing stellar. Sounds get “slightly tinny” at times, but at least it doesn’t become distorted at high volumes. The Logitech Pure-Fi Mobile wireless speaker has a built-in battery that lasts for 12 hours per full-charge, and has a price tag of AU$199.95.
