The new memory card by Lexar makes it a lot easier to transfer images to computers taken by your camera. The Lexar Shoot-n-Sync memory card could be used with any device that has an SD-compatible card compartment.
What makes the 2GB Shoot-n-Sync special isn’t its rather small storage capacity but instead its ability to transfer files from the card instantaneously. Equipped with WiFi connectivity, images from your camera are automatically sent to your computer or, using Lexar’s Eye-Fi technology, images are uploaded onto an image-sharing web site. That is as long as you get into range of your wireless network. You of course have to approve the transfer first, so you won’t accidentally share anything you don’t want to (whatever that is). The 2GB Lexar Shoot-n-Sync Wi-Fi memory card will start shipping this October.
