Just a warning to all animal lovers, you won’t like what you’ll read. For the purpose of style, fashion, and class, Iomega skins a few cows for its new eGo Leather Portable Hard Drive. Yeah, it does look like a leather-bound liquor hip flask, but I find it attractive anyway.
The Iomega eGo Leather Portable Hard Drive is a 2.5-inch USB-powered storage device. No external power source is needed at all—just plug the HDD on a free USB port and you’re good to go. It can store up to 250 GB of data and is compatible with Mac OS X 10.1 or higher and Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, and Windows Vista platforms. Oh, as an aside, don’t let the sophisticated look fool you. It’s actually designed with DropGuard technology which ascertains its safety for up to 51-inches of height upon dropping the device.
