I got wind that we got a mention in the weekend edition of The Age newspaper regarding how parents can possibly track the location of their children. The i-gotU USB GPS Tracker can also be applied to other tracking scenarios such as tracking your boyfriend or girlfriend’s whereabouts and even vehicle fleet management.
Whilst the concept sounds good, this particular GPS Tracker is not small enough for covert tracking. Somehow I think your girlfriend or wife would notice if you tried to tack the i-gotU USB GPS Tracker behind her ear etc. Perhaps if she wore a hat everywhere / everyday, that would make it easier to plant one of these gadgets…the next step that manufacturers need to take would be to reduce the size of the tracking device and design technology that allows it to communicate to satellites even when indoors or in tunnels. Ultimate Big Brother technology…
In the meantime, the i-gotU USB GPS Tracker is great value for Geo-tracking and very simple to setup.
