Very nice with a superb screen (as good as ipod touch) with the latest Windows Mobile. I chose it over the iphone because I need the PDA/phone function more than a media player. Downside- It's a bit of a battery hog. Heavy users may need a spare battery/charger to get through the day. The other result of this is the screen turns off frequently to save power when using the phone. This makes using the calendar during a call a pain especially if you prefer to use the transcriber. It will turn off halfway through a word requiring constant pushing of buttons to reactivate the screen. I called HTC who said it can't be changed. I suspect 90% of users will complain about this so it should be fixed in the next firmware release.
