GoWear Armband Helps You Keep off Holiday Flabs

It’s almost the holidays and you’re all probably planning on a vacation trip or even already preparing for guests barging, er, coming over. And for the many of us who have the tendency to gorge ourselves in food when there’s an occasion, the GoWear Armband would be a great help.

The GoWear Fit Armband is a product by a company called BodyMedia. It actually has a few functionalities rather than just one. Called a Lifestyle and Calorie Management system, GoWear is an accelerometer, pedometer and a heart rate monitor in one. It even claims an accuracy of 90 percent for all the functions it’s made for. The GoWear Fit system is actually comprised of the armband itself, an optional watch display, and an online activity manager.
